Terms of Use
These terms govern the purchase and use of digital programs sold by Santos Digital (PEDRO ANTONIO DOS SANTOS, CNPJ 64.952.023/0001-89). By buying or using our products you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell digital educational programs, delivered as web apps and video lessons. No physical product is shipped. The description, price and currency of each product are shown on its sales page and at checkout.
2. Account and access
Access is granted to the email address used at checkout. Your access is personal and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. We may suspend access in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse or unauthorized sharing.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order already paid.
4. Subscriptions
Where a product is offered as a subscription, the price, billing interval and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time as described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
5. Educational purpose
Our content is for general education only. It is not medical, nutritional or psychological advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional. Consult a professional before starting any new routine, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication.
6. Intellectual property
All content, including videos, texts, images and software, belongs to Santos Digital or its licensors. Copying, recording or redistributing it without permission is not allowed.
7. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refunds & Cancellation policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Santos Digital is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the programs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
