This policy explains how Santos Digital (PEDRO ANTONIO DOS SANTOS, CNPJ 64.952.023/0001-89) collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
1. Data we collect
- Name, email and phone number you provide at checkout or when contacting support.
- Order information: product, amount, currency, date and payment status.
- Basic usage data inside the program, such as login dates and lesson progress.
- Technical data such as browser type and IP address, collected for security.
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We never receive or store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the product and give you access.
- To send order confirmations, access instructions and support messages.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal and tax obligations.
- To send marketing emails only when you have agreed, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the business, such as the payment processor, email delivery and hosting. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as your access is active and afterwards for the period required by law, such as tax records.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to santosdigit4lmkt@gmail.com. We respond within 15 days.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve the site.
