Refunds & Cancellation
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every program comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.
7-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. This also meets the right of withdrawal under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49).
How to request a refund

- Include the email used at checkout and, if possible, the order date.
- We confirm the request within 1 business day.
When you receive the money
Refunds go back to the original payment method. The amount usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Access to the program ends when the refund is processed.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. The first payment of a subscription is covered by the 7-day guarantee.
After 7 days
After the guarantee period, payments are generally not refundable, except where required by law or in case of a technical problem we cannot fix.
Before a chargeback
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us first. We resolve most cases the same day, and it is faster than a dispute with your bank.
